Facilities for keeping fit are a major component of the amenities available at Stonebridge Golf and Country Club in Palm Beach County, Florida. We are an active lifestyle community in Boca Raton with a private tennis facility, fully equipped fitness center, and large heated pool.
From 5:00 am until well into the evening, you will find both retired and employed Stonebridge members working on their fitness needs either on their own, with personal trainers, or in regularly scheduled group exercise classes at the newly renovated 6,000-square-foot Fitness Center.
Upon entering the Fitness Center, you immediately begin to relax. With soft lighting, falling water, and an inviting lounge area complete with high definition television, you will know that you are entering a very special place.
Aerobics Studio
The first thing you will notice in our aerobics studio is the mirrors and colors that will energize everyone in every class. But there is something more – there seems to be an extra bit of spring in your step. Locker Rooms
Both our men’s and ladies’ locker rooms are equipped with steam showers and are stocked with plush towels, lotions and everything you need after a workout.
Massage Studio

Equipment Room
A brightly lit Equipment Room has been designed to include enough equipment so that members need never wait to begin a workout. Here you will find both Aerobic and Strength Training equipment.
Stretching
Begin your fitness activities by warming up on our stretch cage by True Fitness. This simple-looking device is equipped with a guide that illustrates the proper way to stretch your muscles to improve your performance for any sport or level of fitness.
