Dress Code
The dress code is viewed as extremely important to compliment the excellence in standards that our Club is known for. It is your responsibility as members to ensure that family members and guests, including juniors over twelve (12) years of age, adhere to our dress code. Our General Manager is here to answer any questions you have about the dress code. Management reserves the right to define “appropriate” attire. The following guidelines will assist you in making your time spent in the Dining Room, Grille Room and Lakeside Lounge area as comfortable and pleasurable as possible.
Daily Lunch Service – Casual (C) Casual – Appropriate attire is required for gentlemen: slacks, jeans, shorts, short sleeve shirts, turtlenecks, mock turtlenecks, “Tommy Bahama” style shirts and golf shirts are permitted. For women: shorts, slacks, jeans, skirts and blouses are permitted. Items including lycra or spandex, running shorts, cut-offs, athletic tank tops, tee shirts, cover-ups, swimwear and leotards are not permitted at any time. Casual attire is permitted in the card rooms and the Lounge area on evenings when the Dining Room is closed. Country Club Casual – Same as casual attire noted above, except shorts, jeans, designer or otherwise, and golf shirts are not permitted. Elegantly Casual – Requires appropriate upscale dress. Gentlemen are required to wear dress slacks with full front button dress shirts (long sleeve recommended) and dress shoes. Dress collarless shirts are permitted if worn under a sports jacket. “Tommy Bahama” style shirts are not considered proper attire. Equally appropriate upscale evening wear is required for women. Jeans, designer or otherwise, are not permitted. General Rules – All men’s shirts must be tucked into waistbands at all times with the exception of shirts specifically designed to be worn out, “Tommy Bahama” style. GOLF SHOES OF ANY TYPE ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CLUBHOUSE EXCEPT IN THE GALLERY LEADING TO AND FROM THE LOCKER ROOMS. Members are asked not to wear caps, hats or visors in the Dining Room, the Grill Room, or the Lakeside Lounge. However, head coverings may be worn for medical or religious purposes. Anyone improperly dressed will not be allowed in any area of the Clubhouse. |
