Stonebridge Fitness & Aquatics Center
Dear Members:
The Fitness Center is open daily from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm. Card key access is available from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm daily. The Fitness Center is closed from 10:00 pm - 5:00 am daily. I urge our of our members to visit our newly renovated 5,950 square foot facility to complete your Stonebridge experience. The Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art cardio exercise equipment, free weights and machine weights along with personally controlled television and music stations. Personalized training and group training classes are also available from our staff and outside consultants. Our classes in Zumba, Yoga and cardio kickboxing, among many others, help members get their days started on the right track. Our new Fitness Center also includes a relaxing massage facility. The Clubhouse receptionist currently takes reservations for our massage services. Don’t forget to schedule an appointment today by calling 488-0800.
Adjacent to the Fitness Center is our Olympic size pool. Take a class in water aerobics or just sit by the pool or under a cabana talking with friends and enjoying the beautiful Boca year-round weather. These services and facilities are here for your enjoyment. We hope you take advantage of all that Stonebridge has to offer!
