Fitness is a major part of the Stonebridge experience. From 5:00 am until well into the evening, you can find Stonebridge members working on their fitness needs. Our newly renovated 5,950 square foot Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art cardio exercise equipment, free weights and machine weights along with personally controlled television and music stations. Personalized training and group training classes are also available from our staff and outside consultants. Our classes in Zumba, Yoga and cardio kickboxing, among many others, help members get their days started on the right track.

Our new Fitness Center also includes a relaxing massage facility. Don’t forget to schedule an appointment today!

Adjacent to the Fitness Center is our Olympic size pool. Here you can see members swimming laps, taking a class in water aerobics or just sitting by the pool or under a cabana talking with friends and enjoying the beautiful Boca year-round weather.
