Eating outdoors is a treat that can be enjoyed all year long at our Tiki Bar and Grill. Situated poolside amongst palm trees and lakes, the Tiki Bar and Grill is a wonderful weekend retreat with classic grilled favorites and entertainment the whole family can be a part of.

The Lakeside Lounge boasts a fabulous entertainment experience complete with our celebrated Thursday evening happy hour that regularly has between 80 to 180 Members in attendance. Come to relax, socialize, have fun, and make new friends and acquaintances.

General Manager, John Iannotti John Iannotti has been in the hospitality industry for over thirty years. His main goal is to deliver first-class service and excellent quality in food and beverage.

John spent fourteen years with the Harmon Nicholas Group, an organization that is well known for high quality and first-class service with attention to every detail. With fine dining restaurants in major cities and destinations throughout the country, including the Boca Raton Resort and Club, The Harmon Nicholas Group sought to combine the finest products with the finest services to create the quintessential dining experience.

John also spent eleven years at the prestigious, member-owned, St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton FL. He was hired as the Director of Food and Beverage and Catering, and produced five-star dining for St. Andrews, making it one of the best private clubs in all of South Florida. After just two years as Food and Beverage Director, John was promoted to General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, where he spent the next ten years. John was later recruited in a national search for the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer position at Fisher Island Club in Miami where he brought world-class dining to all seven of the island's restaurants.

Javier has provided exquisite cuisine to high-end restaurants and country clubs in South Florida, as well as distinguished Emerald Club-designated private clubs, Forbes Five Star, and AAA Five Diamond resorts.
